You live in a listed half-timbered house, directly opposite the early manor house, which made history many years ago. The apartment has been completely renovated and has a spacious living room with a sofa and 40 inch LED TV, a study with a large desk and a small pull-out sofa, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a kitchen including an oven, ceramic hob and refrigerator, table and 4 chairs . The bathroom contains a rain shower and there is a storage/laundry room. The apartment is equipped with crockery, pots, cutlery, etc. fitted. Bed linen and towels are on site. Price per month. Please inquire about shorter rental periods separately. The pedestrian zone with numerous restaurants and shops is 50 meters from your accommodation. This leads through the entire city to the Aawiesenpark. The Marta Herford - Museum for contemporary art, architecture and design can be reached on foot in 950 m and it is 1600 m to the adventure pool with a wonderful sauna area. Cycling on the Soleweg or Wittekindsroute in the Teutoburg Forest, an exciting canoe tour on the Werre or a long hike on the Hansa or Jakobsweg contribute to your recovery. You can find other excursion destinations in the vicinity under the attached link: Cities & Places - Holiday Region Teutoburg Forest / OWL You can easily arrive by train (train station within walking distance 1000 m) or by car via the very good motorway connections A2 and A30. Backofen, Ceranfeld und Kühlschrank, Tisch und 4 Stühlen. Das Bad enthält eine Regendusche und es gibt einen Abstell-/Waschmaschinenraum. Die Wohnung ist mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Besteck ect. ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vor Ort. Preis pro Monat. Kürzere Mietdauer bitte separat anfragen. 50 Meter von Ihrer Unterkunft entfernt liegt die Fußgängerzone mit zahlreicher Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
