Our newly furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet side street in Marl Sickingmühle. You can make yourself comfortable in the bright and light-flooded apartment. The modern, open-plan kitchen invites you to cook. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The comfortable sofa in the living area invites you to spend cozy evenings. The sleeping area is furnished with a large double bed (1.6 m x 2.0 m) and offers space for two people. All windows in the apartment can be darkened. A tower fan with an extra night program is available for warm summer nights. The modern, bright daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. Hand and bath towels are provided for guests. A hairdryer, a small selection of toiletries and washing powder are also available. Free WLAN and a cellar room for storing bicycles are also part of the facilities. A free parking lot is located directly in front of the house.

Unsere neu eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Marl Sickingmühle. In der hellen und lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung kann man es sich gemütlich machen. Die moderne, offene Wohnküche lädt zum Kochen ein. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was zum kochen benötigt wird. Das bequeme Sofa im Wohnbereich lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Der Schlafbereich ist mit einem großen Doppelbett (1,6 m x 2,0 m) ausgestattet und bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Alle Fenster in der Ferienwohnung können abgedunkelt werden. Für warme Sommernächte steht ein Turmventilator mit einem extra Nachtprogramm zur verfügung. Das moderne, helle Tageslicht Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, WC, Waschtisch und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Für die Gäste liegen Hand- und Badetücher bereit. Ein Föhn, eine kleine Auswahl an Pflegeartikeln und Waschmittel sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Kostenloses WLAN sowie einen Kellerraum zum abstellen von Fahrrädern gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
