Very nice apartment. Centrally located. 1 minute to the bus stop. The city center of Würzburg can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The highways in all directions are conveniently connected. Parking space is available in front of the house. Equipment The furnishing is modern and of high quality. There is a plasma TV in the living room and bedroom. The living room, the bedroom and the hall is laid out with high-quality laminate. Laying of the floor took place in 2018. The bathroom was completely renewed in 2013. Equipment: shower, Wc, sink, built-in cupboards, underfloor heating, towel heating, built-in radio,floor tiles. The kitchen is also equipped with tiles. Die Autobahnen in alle Himmelsrichtungen sind verkehrsgünstig angebunden. Parkraum ist vor dem Haus vorhanden. Ausstattung Die Möbilierung ist modern und hochwertig. Im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ist ein Plasma-Fernseher vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer, das Schlafzimmer und die Diele ist mit hochwertigem Laminat ausgelegt. Verlegung des Fußbodens erfolgte im Jahr 2018. Das Bad wurde in 2013 komplett erneuert. Ausstattung: Dusche, Wc, Waschbecken, Einbauschränke, Fußbodenheizung, Handtuchheizung, eingebautes Radio,Fußboden Fliesen. Die Küche ist ebenfalls mit Fliesen ausgestattet.
