The large 4-room apartment is fully renovated and is located on the 1st floor of a central residential area in the middle of Würzburg. It is modernly and comfortably furnished with new furniture. A streetcar stop is right outside the front door. In a few minutes you can easily reach the Würzburg Residence and also all other sights of Würzburg city center on foot. In the apartment there is a new well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a balcony as well as a home theater with dolby surround and three bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave as well as pots, and dishes. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV, a comfortable couch and a nice dining area. You can also watch movies on a projector with a large screen (4 meters). In the large bedroom there is a large double bed. In the second room a queen size bed and in the third a single bed. You will find plenty of space to store your clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. In total, the apartment is about 100 m2. Public parking, as well as a parking garage can be found in the immediate vicinity. HOUSE RULES The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and we do not want pets, We ask to go to the balcony belonging to the apartment for smoking

Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre. In ein paar Minuten können Sie die Würzburger Residenz und auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Würzburger Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen. In der Wohnung gibt es eine neue gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon sowie ein Heimkino mit dolby surround und drei Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle sowie Töpfen, und Geschirr ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Flatscreen TV, eine gemütliche Couch und eine schöne Essecke. Sie können auch Filme über einen Beamer mit großer Leinwand (4 Meter) anschauen. Im großen Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett. Im zweiten Zimmer ein Queensize Bett und im dritten ein Einzelbett. Sie finden reichlich Platz um Ihre Kleidung zu verstauen. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, Toilette, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen kostenlos zu Verfügung.
