The 3-room flat (approx. 65 sqm) has two bedrooms which can accommodate three people. Additionally, two more people can use the comfortable sofa bed in the living room (on request). A highlight is the 55 inch HD TV and the spacious bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to a private terrace. You have access to the laundry facilities as well as the patio and pool. Facilities: the flat is fully furnished, bed linen and towels are provided. Crockery and a coffee pad machine also await you. The entire apartment complex was renovated and refurbished in the summer of 2022. A 2500 Mbit fibre optic connection is currently being installed and is included in the rent. Our professional cleaning service goes to work for you every fortnight. Of course, we also change your bed linen.

Die vollausgestattete Küche hat direkten Zugang zu einer privaten Terrasse. Sie haben Zugang zu den Waschmaschinen sowie dem Innenhof und Pool. Ausstattung: die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Geschirr sowie eine Kaffeepad Maschine erwarten Sie ebenfalls. Die gesamte Wohnanlage wurde im Sommer 2022 renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Ein 2500 Mbit Glasfaseranschluß wird derzeit gelegt und ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Unser Professioneller Reinigungsservice geht alle zwei Wochen für Sie zur Hand. Selbstverständlich wechseln wir Ihre Bettwäsche ebenfalls.
