Welcome to our flat in Marburg's popular Südviertel. The flat has been freshly renovated and brand new furnished and equipped. We have placed great emphasis on making the flat very cosy and inviting, so that you can feel at home even during a longer stay. A 65-inch Smart TV makes for cosy evenings, the French balcony and another large window let in plenty of daylight. This is a cosy flat of about 30 sqm on the 1st floor of a well-kept apartment building. It consists of a living area/bedroom, a small bathroom with shower and a kitchen, which can be separated from the living area by a door. In the living area there is a French balcony. The flat is located in the middle of Marburg's most popular southern quarter opposite the Hessian Landestheater. It is not on the main road, which means there is no noise pollution in the flat. Free parking spaces can be found on the street. The functional kitchenette with basic equipment can be separated from the living area by a door. A coffee machine with capsules is also available free of charge. A mobile induction hob and a small oven are available. In the bathroom you will find towels, a hairdryer and small amenities. Dabei haben wir großen Wert darauf gelegt, dass die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und einladend ist, sodass man sich auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wie zuhause fühlen kann. Ein 65 Zoll großer Smart TV sorgt für gemütliche Abende, der französische Balkon und ein weiteres großes Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht rein. Es handelt sich um ein gemütliches, etwa 30qm großes Apartment im 1. OG eines gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses. Es besteht neben dem Wohnbereich/Schlafbereich aus einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche und einer Küche, welche sich durch eine Tür von Wohnbereich abtrennen lässt. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich ein französischer Balkon. Das Apartment befindet sich in mitten des beliebtesten Marburger Südviertels gegenüber des hessischen Landestheaters.
