Dit gebouw is gelegen in het centrum van het middeleeuwse dorp Caylus. Hier is een woonkamer open naar de keuken, een slaapkamer en een badkamer met douchecabine, toilet en wastafel.Vervolgens leidt de trap naar het derde appartement welke gelegen is op de tweede verdieping.Bij binnenkomst komt u in een hal, rechts is een ruime badkamer met douchecabine, wastafels en WC en kleedruimte, aansluitend is er een slaapkamer. En tot slot links van de gang is de woonkamer open naar de open keuken. Deze prachtige kamer is ruim en zeer licht dankzij de vele raampartijen en biedt prachtig uitzicht op het dorp en de vallei.Dan zijn er twee kelders de 1e onder het eerste appartement en is bereikbaar via een klein steegje. En de tweede kelder bereikbaar via het gemeenschappelijke deel van het tweede en derde appartement;
