Now, however, we head into the historic center of town, on one of Caldonazzo's main streets, where on the 1st floor of a quaint historic house is our recently renovated apartment.
It is accessed by climbing a first flight of stairs, from a small terrace that receives the afternoon sun.
We enter directly into the kitchen, where there is no lack of a chimney for the installation of a practical economical stove, great for cooking chestnuts in the fall and for natural heat.
We continue into the modestly sized living room, which if desired can also become a second room for those who need extra sleeping accommodations.
You will be kissed by the sun as you wake up in the morning.The master bedroom, like the living room boasts a beautiful east-facing window and the size is made more generous by a practical walk-in closet. Very nice and elegant bathroom with the large shower stall and window. Completes the property a large and windowed cellar on the ground floor, in which is also located the boiler for the independent heating of the apartment.
Everything redone with good taste, attention to the quality of materials and without unpleasant condominium expenses.

Aber bleiben wir beim Caldonazzo-See, der nicht weit von unserer Wohnung entfernt ist.
Wir befinden uns in einer optimalen Klimazone, die dem Wasser des Sees von Mai bis Ende September ideale Badetemperaturen beschert, schließlich ist er einer der wärmsten Seen Europas.
Zu dieser Besonderheit kommt noch hinzu, dass es an den Ufern freie Strände und ausgestattete Badeanstalten gibt. Der See ist ideal für die Ausübung verschiedener Sportarten wie Segeln, Kanufahren, Windsurfen, Rudern und Wasserski.
Auch Angler finden hier eine große Vielfalt an Fischen wie Forellen, Rotfedern, Karpfen, Sonnenbarsche und Schleien.
Nun aber geht es in die Altstadt, in eine der Hauptstraßen von Caldonazzo, wo wir im ersten Stock eines charakteristischen historischen Hauses unsere kürzlich renovierte Wohnung finden.
Wir betreten sie über eine erste Treppe von einer kleinen Terrasse aus, die von der Nachmittagssonne beschienen wird.
Wir betreten direkt die Küche, in der sich ein Kamin für einen praktischen und sparsamen Ofen befindet, der sich hervorragend zum Kochen von Kastanien im Herbst eignet und für natürliche Wärme sorgt.
Weiter geht es in das bescheidene Wohnzimmer, das auf Wunsch auch als zweites Schlafzimmer für diejenigen genutzt werden kann, die zusätzliche Betten brauchen.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat, wie das Wohnzimmer, ein schönes Fenster nach Osten, und ein praktischer begehbarer Kleiderschrank macht es noch großzügiger. Sehr schön und elegant ist das Badezimmer mit seiner großen Duschkabine und dem Fenster. Die Immobilie wird durch einen großen Keller mit Fenster im Erdgeschoss vervollständigt, in dem auch der Heizkessel für die unabhängige Heizungsanlage der Wohnung untergebracht ist.
Alles wurde mit gutem Geschmack, unter Berücksichtigung der Qualität der Materialien und ohne unangenehme Kosten für die Eigentumswohnung renoviert.

Entramos directamente a la cocina, donde hay una chimenea para instalar una práctica y económica estufa, excelente para cocinar castañas en otoño y para obtener calor natural.
Continuamos hacia el salón, de tamaño modesto, que puede convertirse, si se desea, en un segundo dormitorio para quienes necesiten camas supletorias.
El dormitorio principal, al igual que el salón, cuenta con una hermosa ventana orientada al este, y sus dimensiones son más generosas gracias a un práctico vestidor. Muy bonito y elegante es el cuarto de baño con su gran cabina de ducha y ventana. La propiedad se completa con un amplio sótano con ventanas en la planta baja, que también alberga la caldera para el sistema de calefacción independiente del piso.
Todo ha sido rehecho con buen gusto, atención a la calidad de los materiales y sin desagradables gastos de condominio.

Nous entrons directement dans la cuisine, où il y a une cheminée pour installer un poêle pratique et économique, excellent pour la cuisson des châtaignes en automne et pour la chaleur naturelle.
Nous continuons dans le salon de taille modeste, qui peut, si on le souhaite, devenir une deuxième chambre à coucher pour ceux qui ont besoin de lits supplémentaires.
La chambre principale, comme le salon, dispose d'une belle fenêtre orientée vers l'est et les dimensions sont rendues plus généreuses par un dressing pratique. La salle de bains, avec sa grande cabine de douche et sa fenêtre, est très belle et élégante. La propriété est complétée par une grande cave vitrée au rez-de-chaussée, qui abrite également la chaudière du système de chauffage indépendant de l'appartement.
Tout a été refait avec goût, en veillant à la qualité des matériaux et sans frais de copropriété désagréables.

Ma soffermiamoci sul lago di Caldonazzo a poca distanza dal nostro appartamento.
Siamo in una zona climatica ottimale la quale conferisce alle acque del lago temperature ideali per la balneazione da maggio a fine settembre, del resto si tratta di uno dei laghi più caldi d’Europa.
Oltre a questa particolarità bisogna sapere che sulle rive sono presenti spiagge libere e stabilimenti balneari attrezzati, infatti il lago è ideale per praticare diversi sport come la vela, la canoa, il windsurf, il canottaggio e sci nautico.
Chi è appassionato di pesca trova anche una grande varietà di pesci quali trote, scardole, carpe, persici sole e tinche.
Ora però ci dirigiamo nel centro storico del paese su una delle principali vie di Caldonazzo dove al 1° piano di una caratteristica casa storica troviamo in nostro appartamento di recente ristrutturazione.
Vi si accede salendo una prima rampa di scale, da un terrazzino che riceve il sole nel pomeriggio.
Entriamo direttamente nella cucina, dove non manca la canna fumaria per installazione con una pratica stufa economica, ottima per cuocere le castagne in autunno e per scaldarsi naturalmente.
Proseguiamo nel soggiorno dalle modeste dimensioni, il quale può volendo anche diventare una seconda camera per chi ha necessità di posti letto in più.
Al mattino verrete baciati dal sole al vostro risveglio, la stanza matrimoniale, come il soggiorno vanta una bella finestra ad est e le dimensioni sono rese più generose da una pratica cabina armadio. Molto bello ed elegante il bagno con l’ampio box doccia e la finestra. Completa l’immobile un’ampia e finestrata cantina a piano terra, in cui è collocata anche la caldaia per il riscaldamento autonomo dell'appartamento.
Tutto rifatto a nuovo con buon gusto, attenzione alla qualità dei materiali e senza spiacevoli spese condominiali.

Estamos numa zona climática óptima, que proporciona às águas do lago temperaturas ideais para tomar banho de maio a finais de setembro, afinal é um dos lagos mais quentes da Europa.
Para além desta particularidade, é de salientar a existência de praias gratuitas e de estabelecimentos balneares equipados nas margens. De facto, o lago é ideal para a prática de vários desportos, como a vela, a canoagem, o windsurf, o remo e o esqui aquático.
Os amantes da pesca encontrarão também uma grande variedade de peixes, como a truta, o rudd, a carpa, a perca-do-sol e a tenca.
Agora, porém, dirigimo-nos para o centro antigo da cidade, numa das ruas principais de Caldonazzo, onde no 1º andar de uma casa histórica caraterística encontramos o nosso apartamento recentemente renovado.
Entramos nele subindo um primeiro lance de escadas, a partir de um pequeno terraço que recebe o sol da tarde.
Entramos diretamente na cozinha, onde existe uma chaminé para instalar um fogão prático e económico, excelente para cozinhar castanhas no outono e para um aquecimento natural.
Continuamos para a sala de estar, de dimensões modestas, que pode, se quisermos, tornar-se num segundo quarto para quem precisa de camas suplementares.
O quarto principal, tal como a sala de estar, tem uma bela janela virada para leste e as dimensões são mais generosas graças a um prático roupeiro. A casa de banho é muito bonita e elegante, com uma grande cabina de duche e uma janela. A propriedade é completada por uma adega grande e envidraçada no rés do chão, que também alberga a caldeira para o sistema de aquecimento independente do apartamento.
Tudo foi refeito com bom gosto, atenção à qualidade dos materiais e sem despesas de condomínio desagradáveis.

Все было переделано с хорошим вкусом, вниманием к качеству материалов и без неприятных расходов на кондоминиум.
