The apartment is perfectly located for those who want to commute everyday to Düsseldorf/Airport/Essen/Cologne by public transport. Dusseldorf center is 28 min with the public transportation. The central station for bus and tram/subway of Ratingen Mitte is in front of the house. Many supermarkets, doctors, parks, restaurants and old town of Ratingen Mitte are within 3-10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is fully furnished and the rent includes all costs (rent, utilities, internet, etc). Minimum rental period is 1 month and max is 3 months. if you need the apartment for a period longer than 3 months, I need to check this. Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment.
