The apartment is ideal for individuals, couples or small families with up to one child. The spacious office has two desks, but can also be used as a children's room. Die Gesamtmiete ist inklusive sämtlicher Nebenkosten, Warmwasser, DSL-Anschluss und GEZ-Gebühr. Einfach Sachen einpacken und zum 01.09. entspannt einziehen! Die Mietdauer ist fix für den Zeitraum ab 01.09.2024 bis 01.08.2025. Kleinere Abweichungen können gerne besprochen werden. Die Lage: Das Objekt liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Wohngegend in Waltrop. Direkt vor der Tür bietet ein schöner Wald die Möglichkeit für Spaziergänge. Man kann alles schnell mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreichen. Die Autobahnen A2 und A45 sind schnell mit dem Auto erreicht, sodass die Anbindung in andere Städte des Ruhrgebietes gut ist. Direkt vor der Haustür ist die Buslinie 283 angebunden.
