The apartment was completely renovated a year ago and furnished to a very high standard (WMF, Villeroy & Boch, Philips TV, tado floor heating, oak parquet flooring, etc.). It was considered by airbnb as the only airbnb Plus apartment in all of Saxony. The apartment is located directly opposite the Federal Administrative Court - so you can walk almost everywhere: in Johanna Park, in Clara-Zetkin-Park, in the city center, on the Karli. The spacious balcony facing the inner courtyard makes it very quiet and not too warm in the summer, as the windows face east. The apartment has an oak parquet floor with underfloor heating (app-controlled) and high-quality, large tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen-living room contains everything you need for cooking: ceramic stove top, a large refrigerator including freezer. A hot-air oven and dishes from Villeroy & Boch. Everything is lovingly and modernly furnished. Light grey tones on the walls add an extra portion of charm and match the couch as well as the bed. The price includes the use of furniture, internet, electricity and additional costs. Sie galt bei airbnb als einziges airbnb Plus Apartment in ganz Sachsen. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Bundesverwaltungsgericht - somit ist man fußläufig quasi überall: im Johanna Park, im Clara-Zetkin-Park, in der Innenstadt, auf der Karli. Durch den großzügigen Balkon zum Innenhof ist es aber trotzdem sehr ruhig und im Sommer nicht zu warm, da die Fenster eine Ost-Ausrichtung haben. Das Apartment besitzt ein Eichholzparkett mit Fußbodenheizung (app-gesteuert) und hochwertige, große Fliesen im Bad. Die Wohnküche enthält alles, was man zum Kochen braucht: Ceran-Kochfeld, einen großen Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach. Einen Heißluft-Backofen sowie Geschirr von Villeroy & Boch. Alles ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Helle Grautöne an den Wänden verleihen eine extra Portion Charme und passen zur Couch sowie zum Bett. Im Preis enthalten sind die Nutzung der Möbel, Internet, Strom sowie Nebenkosten.
