Charming, bright and very quiet attic flat in Leipzig's trendy Süd-Vorstadt district. All restaurants, cafes and shops of the famous Karl-Liebknecht-Straße are only a few metres away. Steinstraße itself is a small side street with beautiful buildings from the Gründerzeit. Thanks to Leipzig's office for the preservation of historical monuments. Public transport takes you from here to the city centre in just a few minutes. The small flat has a comfortable bedroom with a wide double bed. Just like a big one :). The living room has a Florence Knoll couch and a cool dining table with chairs from the seventies. The furniture and art come from Diesel living furniture, Zeitraum and Lumas, for example, and were put together with love. The kitchenette is small, has two hot plates and a mobile stove/microwave combination. You can easily cook spaghetti or other small dishes here. However, this flat is more suitable for people who want to go out to eat in the fancy restaurants right outside the door than to cook elaborately themselves. In the morning, the Nespresso coffee machine makes a delicious cafe. The bathroom and shower are not a wellness oasis but certainly serve their purpose. After an extensive shower, this flat is the perfect starting point to reach everything Leipzig has to offer quickly and comfortably. Parking space available on request. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Couch von Florence Knoll sowie über einen top erhaltenen Esstisch mit Stühlen aus den wilden Siebziger Jahren. Die Möbel und Kunst stammen z.B. von Diesel living furniture, Zeitraum und Lumas und wurden mit Liebe zusammengestellt. Die Kochnische ist klein, verfügt über zwei Herdplatten und eine mobile Herd/Mikrowellen-Kombi. Ganz leicht kann man sich hier Spaghetti-Kochen oder andere kleine Gerichte. Diese Wohnung ist aber eher für Leute geeignet, die direkt vor der Tür in den tollen verschiedenen Restaurants essen gehen wollen als aufwendig selbst zu kochen. Morgens macht die Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine einen leckeren Cafe. Das Bad und die Dusche sind keine Wellness-Oase aber erfüllen ganz sicher seinen Zweck.
