Die Villa liegt in einer Straße, die sich in Privatbesitz befindet und durch eine Rampe geschützt ist, die nur von Grundstückseigentümern passiert werden kann. Es besteht aus Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein großes „Open Space“-Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und eine separate Toilette mit Waschküche, während sich im ersten Stock drei Schlafzimmer und zwei große Badezimmer befinden. - Terrace PAŠMAN / ŽDRELAC, u ponudu smo dobili prekrasnu vilu s bazenom na samo 150m od mora.
Vila se smjestila u ulici koja je u privatnom vlasništvu i zaštićena rampom kroz koju mogu proći samo vlasnici nekretnina.
Sastoji se od prizemlja i kata.
U prizemlju se nalazi veliki "open space" dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i blagovaonicom, spavaće sobe s vlastitom kupaonicom te odvojenog toaleta s vešerajem dok se na katu nalaze tri spavaće sobe i dvije velike kupaonice.
Iz dnevnog boravka se izlazi na natkriveni dio terase koji je velik i prostran te zbog položaja je skoro cijeli dan u hladu.
Na okućnici se smjestio i kameni roštilj uz bazen površine 32m2.
Sa stražnje strane se nalazi parking na kojem se može komotno parkirati četiri vozila.
Iz svakog kuta vile, prostire se prekrasan pogled na more, Zadar i okolno zelenilo. Do plaže vodi uređena staza na kojoj možete susresti samo nekog od susjeda koji se spustio na kupanje. Na plaži se također mogu koristiti i držati ležaljke.
U ulici se nalaze slične vile koje također imaju prekrasno uređenje i svaka od njih je s bazenom.
Važno je napomenuti da se u neposrednoj blizini protezu mnogobrojne uređene staze od kojih je najpoznatija takozvana "staza zdravlja" koja se proteže na skoro 30 km. Staza je idealna za šetnju, trčanje ili vožnju biciklom dok paralelno se može uživati u pogledu na cijeli Kornatski arhipelag.
U blizini (na 50m) su trgovina, restoran, pizzeria, kafić.
Ispred kuće se više neće graditi tako da je postojeća situacija dugoročna.
Jedna od mogućnosti je da se budućim vlasnicima nastavi uhodani posao iznajmljivanja vile narednih par godina u periodu od 01.06, do 01.10. s uz kompletnu brigu oko održavanja, bookinga i prijema te voditi brigu o vili i preko cijele godine.
ŽDRELAC je najveće mjesto na otoku Pašmanu i smješten je tik uz most koji spaja Pašman s Ugljanom. Krase ga četiri prekrasne plaže koje će ispuniti sva vaša očekivanja. Pogled koji se pruža s mosta ono je što se ne propušta. Ukoliko dolazite morskim putem, u Ždrelcu možete potražiti vez na više malih privezišta, a glavna se lučica nalazi u centru mjesta. Ždrelac nudi duge šetnje, bezbroj mogućnosti za trčanje i biciklizam, različite aktivnosti na moru te gastronomsko uživanje u ekološki uzgojenoj hrani. Posjetite i staru kamenu jezgru mjesta koja je svjedok autohtone kamene gradnje otoka Pašmana. Za one željne spoja morskog zraka i zelenila tu je borova šuma koja se nalazi nedaleko od centra. La villa si trova in una strada di proprietà privata protetta da una rampa attraverso la quale possono transitare solo i proprietari dell'immobile. Si compone di piano terra e primo piano. Al piano terra si trova un ampio soggiorno "open space" con cucina e sala da pranzo, una camera con il proprio bagno e un servizio igienico separato con lavanderia, mentre al primo piano ci sono tre camere da letto e due ampi bagni. Dal soggiorno si accede alla parte coperta del terrazzo, che è ampio e spazioso e, data la sua posizione, è in ombra quasi tutto il giorno. C'è anche un barbecue in pietra nel giardino accanto alla piscina di 32 mq. Sul retro c'è un parcheggio dove si possono parcheggiare comodamente quattro veicoli. Da ogni angolo della villa si gode una bellissima vista sul mare, su Zara e sul verde circostante. Un sentiero ben curato conduce alla spiaggia, dove si può incontrare solo uno dei vicini che è sceso a nuotare. Le sedie a sdraio possono essere utilizzate e tenute anche in spiaggia. Nella strada ci sono ville simili che hanno anche una bella decorazione e ognuna di esse ha una piscina. È importante segnalare che nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano numerosi sentieri ben curati, il più famoso dei quali è il cosiddetto “sentiero della salute” che si sviluppa per quasi 30 km. Il sentiero è ideale per camminare, correre o andare in bicicletta, mentre allo stesso tempo si può godere della vista dell'intero arcipelago delle Incoronate. Nelle vicinanze (a 50m) c'è un negozio, ristorante, pizzeria, bar. Non ci saranno più lavori davanti alla casa, quindi la situazione attuale è a lungo termine. Una delle possibilità è che i futuri proprietari continuino l'attività consolidata di affittare la villa per i prossimi due anni nel periodo dal 01.06 al 01.10. con completa cura per la manutenzione, la prenotazione e l'accoglienza, oltre a prendersi cura della villa durante tutto l'anno. ŽDRELAC è il paese più grande sull'isola di Pašman e si trova proprio accanto al ponte che collega Pašman con Ugljan. Ždrelac offre lunghe passeggiate, innumerevoli opportunità per correre e andare in bicicletta, varie attività in mare e il piacere gastronomico dei cibi coltivati ecologicamente. Visitate l'antico nucleo in pietra della città, testimone della costruzione in pietra autoctona dell'isola di Pašman. Per chi desidera un connubio tra aria di mare e verde, c'è una pineta situata poco distante dal centro.
