A beautiful and stylish beachfront apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This fantastic property offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. The apartment is distributed on two levels, the master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and access to the balcony with direct sea views. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double hand-basin, large walk-in shower, WC and bidet. The second bedroom has another king-size bed and has access to a cozy private terrace. On this same level we find a fully equipped family bathroom with a bath, shower, hand-basin, WC and bidet. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has two single beds with plenty of space in its built-in wardrobes and direct access to the terrace and private gardens of the property. This bedroom is also equipped with a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Also on this lower floor we find a second space with an additional kitchen, perfect for preparing lunch or dinner on the terrace and private gardens. The huge terrace has private sun loungers, outdoor dining for six guests and a well maintained garden area. On the upper floor, a spacious and elegant living room with dining area for six guests. The lounge area is equipped with a flat screen TV with a multitude of national and international channels and comfortable seating for five guests. The living room offers direct views of the sea and has access to the beautiful balcony with space to relax for two guests and with beautiful views of the beach, the sea and it is even possible to see Gibraltar and the African Coast on a clear day. Please note: there is an additional cleaning charge of €30 per week if you decide to take your dog with you.
This apartment is located in a popular urbanisation known as Arena Beach, less than a five minute drive from the center of Estepona. This small beachfront complex has easy access to the local Arena Beach, with its shallow waters and fine sand. Next to the beach there is a beautiful promenade through which you can walk to the center of Estepona. There are two supermarkets nearby and a couple of restaurants within a walking distance of 10/15 minutes. The Estepona Marina, with a multitude of bars, cafes and restaurants is located at a driving distance of approximately five minutes.
