The property is just over 2 kilometres from the village of Saint Antonin, which has a small shop, a boulangerie, an hotel with a restaurant and bar, a school and a post office. Larger supermarkets, restaurants, etc can be found in the nearby towns of Lorgues, Carces or Salernes. Access
1 hour 15 from Nice airport via A8. 25 minutes to TGV station at Les Arcs Interior
The main living area consists of the living room and American fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. There are 2 bedrooms (one used as an office), a shower room with toilet, and, of course, the balcony. The loft has two rooms with electric radiators (both with sloping roofs), the larger room is a good usable space, the smaller one is better suited to storage (but has been used as a bedroom!). The studio has an independent access and its own shower room with a toilet.Heating is via a reversable air conditioning system, a wood burner and (although we don't use it) oil-fuelled central heating.
