The total internal surface amounts to 65 m2, plus 18 m2 balcony. The entrance is located on the main deck, supplied with a 6.50 m2 balcony. On the inside is a small living room with a double convertible couch, one bedroom with king-size bed and wardrobe, one bedroom with twin beds, an ample bathroom with shower box and a closet. A stair leads to the upper deck, where you can find the living area composed of a dining room with kitchenette in glass-ceramics, completely equipped with accessories and dishes. The living area opens to a 12 m2 large balcony covered by an awning, the ideal spot to relax and enjoy your meals in the open, or where you can sunbathe or read a good book.
