D'autre part, le côté et l'arrière de la maison offrent une pelouse artificielle où les petits peuvent jouer tandis que vous êtes assis sur le canapé confortable et que les fauteuils dégustent un cocktail le soir. Et le meilleur plan quand il fait plus sombre est de préparer un délicieux barbecue et d'en profiter en famille! La propriété est clôturée et il y a des voisins autour. La maison de deux étages offre un style classique mais moderne avec tout le confort pour un séjour parfait. Le spacieux salon-salle à manger, accessible depuis le porche, est équipé de deux canapés pour regarder la télévision par satellite et d'une table à manger pour 6 personnes. D'altra parte, il lato e il retro della casa offrono un prato artificiale dove i più piccoli possono giocare mentre ci si siede sul comodo divano e le poltrone che si godono un cocktail la sera. E il piano migliore quando diventa più buio è preparare un delizioso barbecue e goderlo con la tua famiglia! La proprietà è recintata e ci sono vicini in giro. La casa a due piani offre uno stile classico ma moderno con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno perfetto. L'ampio soggiorno-sala da pranzo, che si può accedere dal portico anteriore, è dotato di due divani per guardare la TV satellitare e un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone.
