Various terraces are furnished and decorated especially to make you enjoy your time in them, having breakfast with sea views, preparing tasty barbecues, sunbathing, or even reading while feeling the sea breeze. And the best of all is that in front of them, there is a large garden area that reaches you directly to the sea. Right here you can swim next to the ships if you want to, although the pebbled beach is situated only 450 meters away or some minutes walking.The house has two floors. On the main floor, you find a spacious living-dining room, ideal for relaxing, equipped with satellite TV, DVD, and sea view. The kitchen invites you to cook on the gas cooker. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and one on the upper floor with a bathtub. Then, the four bedrooms are upstairs, three with double beds and one with two single beds. Three also have wardrobes and two have access to one of the terraces.
