De keuken is modern en handig. Er is een bar met krukken en er is toegang tot het terras. Het is uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft tijdens uw verblijf: koelkast met vriesvak, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, gasfornuis, elektrische oven, sinaasappelpers, blender, waterkoker en veel keukengerei zoals potten, bestek, borden, etc. Uiteraard er is ook een wasmachine, een strijkijzer en een strijkplank.Buiten is het appartement erg mooi. Er is een eigen terras van 32 m2. Het heeft een geweldig uitzicht op de zee en is ingericht met een tafel en stoelen voor 6 personen. Het is de perfecte plek voor een zomers ontbijt. Verder is er een gemeenschappelijke tuin en een terras waar een barbecue staat.
De locatie van het appartement is perfect omdat alles wat u nodig heeft heel dichtbij is: apotheek, winkels, supermarkt, operatiekamer of bushalte. De frequentie van de bus is elke 15 minuten richting Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença en andere richtingen zoals Palma.
In Puerto de Alcudia vind je veel restaurants met allerlei soorten eten, snackbars, kledingwinkels, souvenirwinkels en supermarkten. De grootste ligt aan de weg richting Alcúdia, vlakbij een benzinestation.
Vanuit Puerto de Alcúdia is het heel gemakkelijk om naar andere stranden te rijden die de moeite waard zijn om te ontdekken, zoals Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort of Puerto de Pollença. U zult het leuk vinden om de oude binnenstad van Alcudia te bezoeken met zijn smalle geplaveide straatjes, de kerk en de oude muur. In Alcudia vindt u leuke bars waar u even kunt stoppen voor een drankje. Er is een lokale markt in Alcudia op donderdag en zondag en het centrum van de stad wordt druk en levendig. Vergeet niet de Romeinse ruïnes te bezoeken, waar u een prachtig amfitheater kunt zien.
