Estamos encantados de recibirles en un acogedor piso totalmente reformado, luminoso y en Pleno Centro de La Villa de la Orotava, en Tenerife. Edificio patrimonio protegido que data de 1950, que acoge además el Auditorio en su parte trasera. Zona de Casco histórico, y en pleno corazón del municipio. Fácil aparcamiento público y privado, supermercado, zona de bares y tapas conocida. Ideal gente joven, y familias, que quieran estar en una zona céntrica y llena de vida. El Piso es muy luminoso exterior 100%, con dos dormitorios amplios, y zona salón con sofá cama para dos personas. zona comedor y cocina completamente equipada con cafetera Nespresso y cápsulas de bienvenida; además tostadora, exprimidor, lavadora, plancha y tabla, y todos los enseres de cocina necesarios. Baño completo con columna hidromasaje, y salón con servicio, Wifi con fibra y SmartTV con conexión a Internet. No están autorizadas fiestas ni mascotas. Es un primer piso sin ascensor de un edificio histórico. Justo debajo tienes un magnifico Local llamado “El Gomero”, regentado por Estrella y Abraham, con un servicio estupendo. Ten encantará!
