Ideal accommodation for guests looking for a different accommodation, in a unique location on the island. It is a very spacious, bright, comfortable and practical apartment, consisting of a large studio-type main room, which houses both the bedroom and the living room. It has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, a sofa bed, a smart TV, and a practical round dining table with fold-out armchairs. The room opens through a huge sliding door to a cozy covered and glazed porch, in turn, a private viewpoint, where you can enjoy the sun in privacy or have a drink at sunset, contemplating the sunset on the horizon. From there you can see how the sun reflects on the ocean, the cliffs along the coast and, in the distance, a small fishing village crowned by the imposing Teide, which can be seen with total clarity on the clearest days. In the corridor that leads from the entrance to the main room, there is the bathroom and a small kitchen with an American bar.
The apartment is located on the Costa del Sauzal, in the area known as 'El Puntillo del Sol'. It received that name from the way the sun moves on the horizon until it crosses the line of the sea that can be seen from the area and because it is the area in the north of the island that registers the most hours of sunshine per year. The accommodation is perfect for those travelers who want to continue enjoying the climate of Tenerife without suffering from the large crowds in the south of the island. In the same building we find a pizzeria with one of the best pizzas on the island (thin-crust and authentically Italian) and where we can order food to go (and enjoy it on the terrace of the apartment). In addition, a few meters away we find a German restaurant (Restaurante Ferdis), with a terrace, where you can also have a beer in the late afternoon. A few meters away, by car or hiking, we access the Costa de Rojas, a recently-renovated coastal promenade that runs along a significant part of the northern coastline. In addition, at the end of the walk, almost at the foot of the houses on top, we find some magnificent natural pools in which to cool off.
The apartment is also perfect as a starting point for the best attractions on the island (taking advantage of the fact that it is easy to park in it):

Se trata de un apartamento muy amplio, luminoso, cómodo y práctico, compuesto por una gran estancia principal tipo estudio, que alberga al mismo tiempo el dormitorio y la sala de estar. Cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y amplio armario empotrado, sofá cama, smart TV, y una práctica mesa de comedor redonda con butacas desplegables. La estancia se abre mediante una enorme puerta de corredera a un acogedor porche cubierto y acristalado a su vez, un mirador privado, donde disfrutar del sol en la intimidad o tomar una copa al atardecer, contemplando la puesta de sol en el horizonte. Desde allí se observa cómo el sol se refleja sobre el océano, los acantilados a lo largo de la costa y, a lo lejos, un pequeño pueblecito marinero coronado por el imponente Teide, que se deja ver con total claridad en los días más despejados. En el pasillo que conduce desde la entrada a la estancia principal, se encuentra el cuarto de baño y una pequeña cocina con barra americana.
El apartamento se ubica en la costa del Sauzal, en la zona conocida como 'El Puntillo del Sol'. Recibió ese nombre por el modo en que el sol se va moviendo en el horizonte hasta atravesar la línea del mar que se divisa desde la zona y por ser la zona del norte de la isla que más horas de sol registra al año. El alojamiento es perfecto para aquellos viajeros que quieren seguir disfrutando del clima de Tenerife sin sufrir las grandes aglomeraciones del sur de la isla. En el mismo edificio encontramos una pizzería con una de las mejores pizzas de la isla (masa fina y auténticamente italiana) y en la quepodremos pedir la comida para llevar (y disfrutarlas en la terraza del apartamento). Además, a escasos metros encontramos un restaurante alemán (Restaurante Ferdis), con terraza, en el que también tomar una cerveza cuando cae la tarde. A muy pocos metros de distancia, en coche o haciendo senderismo, accedemos a la Costa de Rojas, paseo litoral recientemente arreglado y que recorre una parte relevante del litoral del norte. Además, al final del paseo, casi a los pies de las casas en lo alto, encontramos unas magníficas piscinas naturales en las que refrescarnos.
