Ao entrar no apartamento encontra um largo hall de entrada que divide a zona social da área privada dos quartos.Na área social, reside a ampla sala de estar com zona de refeições. A sala tem mesa e cadeiras para 6 pessoas e uma confortável zona de lazer com vários sofás e puffs, entre eles um sofá-cama que acomoda 2 pessoas com todo o conforto, Tv Lcd com canais internacionais e lareira. A sala tem uma varanda muito agradável com zona de refeições exteriores. Existe internet Wi-Fi em toda a casa.
A cozinha, moderna, está totalmente equipada com todos os equipamentos e utensílios que necessita para criar as suas refeições caseiras. A cozinha tem uma pequena marquise, ideal para zona de lavandaria.
Na zona privada existem três quartos.
