• način gradnje: SS, 
• najveći dozvoljeni kapaciteti zone Bristak iznose 300 kreveta za zapadnu kazetu i 500 kreveta za istočnu kazetu, 
• najveći dozvoljeni kapacitet zone Zaglava iznosi 250 kreveta, 
• zona Zaglava se može funkcionalno spojiti sa zonom Zaglava-Dubravice (u naselju), 
• osnovne građevine mogu se smjestiti samo unutar površina utvrđenih u grafičkom dijelu Plana na kartografskom prikazu, br. 4. „Način i uvjeti gradnje“ koje se nalaze na udaljenosti najmanje 100 m od obalne crte,

• građevna čestica mora imati osiguran najmanje jedan neposredan pristup širine ne manje od 5,5 m na ulični koridor utvrđen Planom,
