We have space for 4people to live and sleep. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2-story new building and has a separate entrance from the street, which you can reach via the garden. The house is in a new development area, on a play street, in which you can only drive at walking pace. Our garden is completely fenced, so that your children cannot get lost playing in our garden. From the garden you have a very good view of the surrounding villages over several kilometers. In addition to the normal aluminum radiators, the apartment is also equipped with additional underfloor heating. All sockets are equipped with child safety devices. For the kids there is a climbing frame with a slide and swing that you can use at your own risk. So that the kids don't get bored even in bad weather, I am happy to provide you with additional toys. You can park your car for free near the apartment. Very quiet, but very central location. The motorway can be reached quickly, 10km to Saarbrücken, 30km to Saarlouis, 35km to Zweibrücken and 165km to Frankfurt am Main. There are various shops just 1km away

Bei uns finden 4 Personen Platz zum Wohnen und Schlafen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines 2 stockigen Neubaus und hat einen separaten Zugang von der Straße aus, den Sie über den Garten erreichen. Das Haus steht in einem Neubaugebiet, in einer Spielstraße, in der nur Schritttempo gefahren werden darf. Unser Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass Ihre Kinder nicht beim Spielen in unserem Garten verloren gehen können. Aus dem Garten haben Sie eine sehr gute, über mehrere km weite Aussicht auf die umliegenden Orte. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung zu den normalen Alu Heizkörpern auch mit einer zusätzlichen Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Alle Steckdosen sind mit Kindersicherung ausgestattet. Für die Kids gibts ein Klettergerüst mit Rutsche und Schaukel, die Sie auf eigene Gefahr nutzen dürfen. Damit für die Kids auch bei schlechtem Wetter keine Langeweile aufkommt, stelle ich Ihnen gerne weitere Spielsachen zur Verfügung.
