The cherry of the cake would surely be the balcony overlooking Avenue de Breteuil and offering a lovely view on “Hotel des Invalides “, a historical building constructed under the reign of Louis XIV and where lies the tomb of Napoleon. Welcome in our beautiful & high standing apartment. It is located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained 19th century building with an elevator. Tastefully furnished and equipped, this flat offers a large double living room illuminated by 3 double French glassed door opening on the balcony. The living area offers a comfy convertible couch, 2 antiques armchairs with its matched coffee table and a fireplace. The dining area can be separate by a sliding door and offers a beautiful round dining table with its very comfortable chairs. The separate kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary crockeries, cooktop, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed. Meublé et équipé avec goût, cet appartement offre un grand double séjour illuminé par 3 doubles portes vitrées donnant sur le balcon. Le salon comprend un canapé convertible confortable, deux fauteuils anciens, une table basse assortie et une cheminée.
