It s a brand new building with garden and terrace. The room is furnitured and suitable for max. 2 people. One person is sleeping in a single bed and the other one on an airbed or extra matress on the floor. The room is for one to max. 2 month available. It is also a room that you rent not the whole flat. The other rooms will be shared with the landlord.Supermarkets of all common brands are close by and in walkable distance. The connection to the public transpaortation is excellent. You have to S Bahn (Train) lines only 10 - 15 min away by foot or you can go by bus which is only 2 min away by foot from your door. You will need about 20 min to central station.

Es handelt sich um eine Neubauwohnung mit Garten und Terrasse. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und bietet Platz für maximal 2 Personen. Eine Person schläft in einem Einzelbett, die andere auf einem Luftbett bzw einer extra Matratze auf dem Boden. Das Zimmer ist für 1- max. 2 Monate Aufenthalt gedacht. Es handelt sich auch um ein Zimmer in einer Wohnung und nicht um eine eigene Wohnung. Die anderen Räume werden geteilt mit dem Vermieter. Supermärkte aller gängigen Marken sind in der Nähe und fussläufig erreichbar. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist sehr gut, es gibt 2 S Bahnlinien in der Nähe 10 bis 15 min zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus der 2 min von der Wohnung hält. Zum HBF braucht man etwa 20 min mit der Sbahn.
