Wonderful old building apartment with terrace in Ulm Mitte, from here you can walk to Münsterplatz in 5 minutes and are in the city center and on the Danube in no time, the main train station is also around the corner. The apartment is generously proportioned at 115 m2 and offers space for a couple or a small family. Über wenige Stufen erreicht man die schön ruhig gelegene Terrasse, die gerade an Sonnentagen zur Entspannung einlädt und für die kleinen gibt es einen Sandkasten und eine kleine Tischbank. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Einfach Koffer mitbringen und einziehen. Ursprünglich wurde das Gebäude Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts errichtet.
