Provided with a modern floor heating, electric roller shutters and all kind of supplies it's the perfect place for a "like at home" feeling. The spacous living/dining area comes with a brand new kitchen. The sunny terrace is surrounded by green and probably your favorite spot from April till September. It's hard to belive that the City is only 3 minutes away while relaxing in the sun under an old tree. The bedroom has a niche - you may decide if you use it as a closet or if you love the cozyness and put the bed there. On the pictures the room is provided with a queen size bed but we can offer also a single bed if you prefer. The bathroom is brand new, too and comes with a big shower with glass shower cabin. Fast Internet&TV in living room and bed room. Washer/dryer in basement, only one down and on the way to the parking spot. Calm, safe and maintained appartement complexe downtow Wiesbaden, only 3 minutes from the City, check: Platterstrasse 82a The underground parking garage is quite a big deal in Wiesbaden, parking on the street is not a good option. 3 minutes to Neroberg and Taunusstrasse, 10 minutes to Amelia Earhard or BKA, 15 minutes to Clay or to Mainz and 25 minutes to Frankfurt Airport. Across the street there is a green area park "Alter Friedhof" and a supermarket, a few bakerys are around the corner. As this is downtown there are plenty bars and restaurants for example on Nerostrasse, only a 5 minutes walk away, 2 minutes by car. Options for food for delivering are great here. We are landlords since 2011, we hosted tenants from over 15 countries. If you need recommandations for sightseeing, hiking or for great restaurants- we love to help.
