This is a a cozy 58 square meter two-room-apartment with a Terrace and parking space in the underground car park. It has a large living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. This apartment is perfect for anybody, who wants to live in a quiet area but also wants to be quiet fast in Berlin. You can reach the “Berliner Ring” within a few minutes by car and drive towards Berlin-City, the BER or Potsdam. A bus station is about 200 m away. From there you can take the bus to the Teltow train station. From here you can reach Potsdamer Platz in Berlin within 15-25 minutes, depending which train you take. A gas station is close to the apartment. To the next shopping area it is just a few minutes by car. It is a non-smoking apartment. Animals are not allowed.

Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur knapp 200 m entfernt. Von hier aus fährt ein Bus zum Regionalbahnhof Teltow sowie zum S-Bahnhof Teltow. Von dort aus sind es jeweils nur noch 15 Minuten bis zum Potsdamer Platz in Berlin mit der Regio bzw. 25 Minuten mit der S-Bahn. Eine Tankstelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 2 km entfernt. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
