Flat: For rent is a very spacious three-room flat on the 5th floor (with lift) with two balconies, bathroom, guest WC and storage room. From the balconies you have a great view of the Black Forest and the city. One of the rooms is currently used as a bedroom, one as a study and the third is a large living room with an open-plan kitchen. Wohnung: Vermietet wird eine sehr geräumige Dreizimmerwohnung im 5.OG (mit Aufzug) mit zwei Balkonen, Bad, Gäste-WC und Abstellkammer. Von den Balkonen hat man eine super Sicht auf den Schwarzwald und die Stadt. Eines der Zimmer wird momentan als Schlafzimmer, eines als Arbeitszimmer verwendet, das dritte ist ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Bei Bedarf wäre es auch möglich, das Arbeitszimmer zusätzlich als Schlafzimmer zu verwenden und die Wohnung als Zweier-WG zu nutzen. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, es gibt eine Spülmaschine, einen Induktionsherd, eine Waschmaschine, einen TV und falls nötig, könnte auch das Kellerabteil mitgenutzt werden.
