Das Blockhaus mit Terrasse und Balkon ist von einem schönen großen Garten mit altem Baumbestand umgeben. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, eines im EG und ein weiteres auf der offenen Galerie im OG - beide mit Doppelbett 160 x 200 cm. Auf der Galerie befindet sich noch ein Einzelbett und der Zugang zum überdachten Balkon. Die Küche, das Bad mit großer Eckbadewanne sowie das Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Kaminofen und ein kleiner Eingangsflur befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Eine Belegung ist mit 5 Personen ist möglich.
