The modern and comfortably furnished 1-room apartment is located in Dresden Friedrichstadt. You can expect a fully equipped apartment with bathtub, shower and balcony. The apartment also has an underground parking space (NO double parker !!!). The apartment was completely renovated in 2020. Friendly and warm tones ensure a cozy feel-good atmosphere. A comfortable bed (1.60m * 2.00m) with freshly smelling bed linen and cuddly soft towels awaits you in the living and sleeping area. The also very comfortable sofa bed offers space for a third person. The modern designed bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a towel radiator. Nothing stands in the way of a soothing bath. The fitted kitchen is equipped with all things of daily life. A comfortably designed balcony complements the apartment and invites you to linger. Von Friedrichs Stübchen is the ideal starting point for an individual and varied holiday in Dresden. You can reach the city center in no time. To Neumarkt, where, for example, the world-famous Frauenkirche is waiting for you, you only drive about 5 minutes by car. You can reach the city center by bike in around 10 minutes. The public transport stop is in the immediate vicinity and also takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. You can also take the S-Bahn from the nearby Mitte train station to Saxon Switzerland or the Meißen region. Im Wohn- und Schlafbereich wartet ein gemütliches Bett (1,60m*2,00m) mit frisch duftender Bettwäsche und kuschelig weichen Handtüchern auf Sie. Die ebenfalls sehr bequeme Schlafcouch, bietet Platz für eine 3. Person. Das modern gestaltete Bad ist mit einer Badewanne und einem Handtuchheizkörper ausgestattet. Einem wohltuenden Bad steht somit nichts im Wege. Die Einbauküche ist mit allen Dingen des täglichen Lebens ausgestattet. Ein gemütlich gestalteter Balkon ergänzt die Wohnung und lädt zum verweilen ein. Von Friedrichs Stübchen ist der Ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen individuellen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in Dresden. Sie erreichen die Innenstadt in kürzester Zeit. Zum Neumarkt, auf welchem zum Beispiel die weltbekannte Frauenkirche auf Sie wartet, fahren Sie mit dem PKW nur ca. 5 Minuten. Per Fahrrad erreichen Sie das Stadtzentrum in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Haltestelle des ÖPNV befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und bringt Sie in ebenfalls 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Weiter können Sie vom nahegelegenen Bahnhof Mitte mit der S-Bahn in die Sächsische Schweiz oder in die Region Meißen fahren. Achtung!!!
