Environment: Flat located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, in this typical Parisian district very appreciated by its inhabitants. It is a charming, lively area, close to many shops, restaurants, and cafés. The Galeries Lafayette and the wonderful surrounding shops are only a five-minute walk away! The Gare Saint Lazare is less than 500m away. La Madeleine, Opera, Concorde, and the Champs Elysées are all within walking distance in less than 15 minutes. The nearest metro stations are Liège, Europe, Saint-Lazare and Trinité d'Estienne d'Orves. You can take lines 3, 12, 13, and 14. There are many buses in the vicinity. Standing: It is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift. The access is secured by a door with an intercom.
