Die Villa wurde 1885 gebaut. Die Maisonettwohnung befindet sich im 1.Obergeschoß und im neu ausgebauten Dachgeschoß. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohn-Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch sowie ein großer Wohn-Essbereich mit Kochnische im Dachgeschoß mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch. Der Stadtteil Blasewitz ist etwa 5km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. In fußläufiger Entfernung gibt es mehrere Straßenbahnlinien die ins Stadtzentrum fahren. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus. Die Elbe ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt in der nähren Umgebung viele Restaurants, ein Einkaufszentrum sowie viele Supermärkte.
