We offer a fully furnished and fully equipped maisonette apartment in the center of Soest, for temporary rental. The apartment is located in a representative 9-family house on the site of the former Preacher Seminary between Bischofstrasse and Grandweg. It was built at the end of 2005 and has been in our possession since then. It includes 4 rooms, a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a dressing room, a utility room, a small storage room, and a southwest balcony. The living space is about 165 sqm, distributed on 2 levels on the 2nd and 3rd (= top) floors. A janitor service also belongs to the apartment. The surrounding area is lightened up with a lot of green in front of the house and architecturally interesting buildings in the near field (Schinkel-Villa, Thomä-Kirche). For professional reasons we have been living in the Rhineland for years; recently we decided to keep it that way for a few more years and therefore want to rent the apartment for a limited period. As said, the apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable living. It is generously cut, the feeling of space in the living/dining room is impressive, the furnishings include numerous, partly original works of art, i.e. paintings and sculptures. All city-related destinations are within walking distance, to the A 44 you need just 5 minutes. For the perfect living situation, it is only necessary to organize a regular cleaning service, which would be easily possible e.g. via the Perthes-Werk. Oak parquet flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows (partially), electric blinds (partially), utility room, fully furnished and equipped. The property is located in Soest. Several bus lines and train lines are within walking distance. Within walking distance, there are several restaurants, cafes, doctors, bakeries, and two supermarkets. There are also several fashion stores, green spaces and parks, gyms, bars, and bookstores nearby. Further away you will also find various shopping facilities.

Wir bieten eine komplett möblierte und vollständig ausgestattete Maisonette-Wohnung im Soester Zentrum, zur zeitlich befristeten Vermietung an. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem repräsentativen 9-Familienhaus auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Prediger-Seminars zwischen Bischofstrasse und Grandweg. Sie wurde Ende 2005 errichtet und befindet sich seither in unserem Besitz. Sie umfasst 4 Zimmer, separate Küche, 2 Bäder, Ankleidezimmer, Hauswirtschaftsraum, kleinen Abstellraum und Südwest-Balkon. Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 165 qm, verteilt auf 2 Ebenen im 2. und 3. (= oberstes) Geschoss. Zur Wohnung gehört ebenso ein Hausmeister-Service. Die Umgebung ist aufgelockert mit viel Grün vor dem Haus und architektonisch interessanten Gebäuden im Nahfeld (Schinkel-Villa, Thomä-Kirche).
