I rent a boarding apartment in 65428 Rüsselsheim ( only for Companies and its emplyoees ) with three single bedrooms ( Bed size 140 cm) , a bathroom, a kitchen( with oven and dishwasher) with a dining area and 2 toilets. 10 minutes away from Opel. 7 minutes to the city center and 10 minutes to the S-Bahn station. Two bedrooms have a Balcony ( One with beautiful view to the river Main ) and Aircon, and a 50-inch TV with Amazon/Netflix connection. (Amazon/Netflix is not included) if needed, we have in second floor a 4 th bedroom with TV and aircondition. Addional price is plus 500 Euro / month Room Cleaning, kitchen and bath cleaníng with providing toilette paper and cleaning material every week and every 3 weeks fresh bedding ( towels when needed) with an additional price of 150 € / month In the basement i a washing machine with a dryer. Washing powder is also included. In the garden is a barbecue corner, which can be used any time, after a request

Ich vermiete eine Borading-Wohnung ( Nur an Firmen und deren Mitarbeiter ) in 65428 Rüsselsheim mit drei einzelnen Schlafzimmern, Bad, Küche (Backofen und Spülmaschine) mit Essecke und 2 Toiletten. 10 Minuten von Opel entfernt. 7 Minuten bis zur Stadtmitte und 10 Minuten S-Bahn Station. Zwei Zimmer haben einen Balkon und Klimaanlage ( ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Main ) Neuer 50 Zoll TV Amazon/Netflix Anschluss ist in den Zimmern vorhanden. (Netflix-account oder Amazon-acount/ ist nicht dabei ) Wenn benötigt, haben wir ein viertes Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock mit Aircondition zu einem Aufpreis von 500 € / Monat0 Die Zimmer, Küche Bäder und Flur werden wöchentlich gereinigt. Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmittel werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle 3 Wochen wird frische Bettwäsche und auf Wunsch auch Handtücher frisch zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Aufpreis ist hier 150 Euro / Monat Im Keller ist eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner zur Nutzung vorhanden. Waschmittel werden ebenfalls kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Garten befindet sich eine Grillecke, mit Pavillion, welcher kostenfrei nach Rücksprache genutzt werden kann. Das Parken von größeren Firmenfahrzeugen ist etwas schwierig. PKw´s können im Hof abgestellt werden.
