BEDROOMS : Three large bedrooms with new mattresses (160 cm x 200 cm bed). One of the bedrooms has a storage cupboard for longer stays. SHOWER ROOM : A brand new shower room with washing machine and toilet. Broadband WIFI throughout the flat. There is FREE parking nearby. To ensure your comfort during your stay, we provide you with : - bed linen (not renewed during your stay) - towels and bath mats (not renewed during your stay) - kitchen towels (not renewed during your stay) - hand soap - tea and coffee - cooking utensils: sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc. We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your deposit if we notice any damage to the accommodation. Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Please go downstairs. No pets are allowed and no damage to the flat. In addition, surveillance cameras are installed in the common areas for continuous monitoring. Arrival times are from 4pm. Un canapé confortable avec une télévision connectée (vous avez la possibilité d'utiliser votre compte Netflix. Pensez à bien vous déconnecter en partant). Attention, les chaines TV ne sont pas disponibles. CUISINE : Une cuisine toute neuve et équipée pour vous offrir plus de confort (grand frigo, four, plaque de cuisson deux feux, hotte, machine à café nespresso, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, cave à vin, etc.). CHAMBRES : Trois grandes chambres avec matelas neufs (lit de 160 cm x 200 cm). L'une des chambres dispose d'un placard de rangement pour des séjours plus longs. SALLE DE DOUCHE : Une salle de douche neuve avec une machine à laver et des toilettes. WIFI haut débit dans l'appartement. Le stationnement est GRATUIT dans les alentours. Afin de vous assurer un confort optimal durant votre séjour, nous vous fournissons : - les draps pour la literie (pas de renouvellement en cours de séjour) - les serviettes et tapis de bain (pas de renouvellement en cours de séjour) - le torchon de cuisine (pas de renouvellement en cours de séjour) - le savon pour les mains - thé et café - les nécessaires de cuisine : sucre, sel, poivre, vinaigre, huile, etc. Nous vous remercions par avance de bien vouloir garder les lieux en parfait état.
