The accommodation is located in Niederschopfheim, 10 km from Offenburg and 10 km from Lahr. Europa Park Rust can also be reached in 30 minutes (27 km). The location of our 6 family house is in a quiet residential area. After a hard day's work, you can relax here. Grocery stores can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, but also with glasses, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, kitchen towels, etc... Herzlich Willkommen! Die Wohnung ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und hat ca. 91m² mit einem separaten Eingang. Sie besitzt ein Bad mit WC + ein separates Gäste -WC. Es gibt insgesamt 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten: 1x Doppelzimmer mit 2x 140x200Betten, 1x Doppelzimmer mit 2x 100x200Betten und 1x Einzelzimmer mit 90x200Bett. Von einem der Doppelzimmer aus gibt es einen Zugang zu einem 9m² großen Balkon. Zwei KFZ Stellplätze gehören ebenfalls zur Wohnung. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Niederschopfheim, 10 km von Offenburg und 10km von Lahr entfernt. Europa Park Rust ist ebenfalls in 30 min.(27km) zu erreichen. Die Lage unseres 6 Familienhauses ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag kann man sich hier gut erholen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten, wie Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster ausgestattet, aber auch mit Gläsern, Geschirr, Besteck, Kochutensilien, Küchenhandtüchern usw...
