Good sleep is important! Therefore we bed you on a comfortable box spring bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and mattresses of different degrees of hardness. Flowery bed linen & pillows of different sizes let you dream well. The living flatters with a dining & working place in charming white. A design armchair in the color orange provides a comfortable seat. The sofa (lying surface 1.40 x 2.00 m) offers further sleeping possibilities. Free WLAN, bicycle cellar & a balcony are waiting for you! You use the entire apartment, which is located on the 2nd floor in the center. The apartment is lovingly furnished with a wonderful bedroom and a great living room. The sleeping possibility for the 3rd and 4th person is in the living room and is solved by a comfortable sofa bed 140 x 200. The whole apartment has a view of allotment gardens and in summer a big tree provides shade on the green balcony. For the coffee there is a capsule machine from Tchibo available. An additional cleaning service & laundry service is available upon prior arrangement and payment. Parking is available free of charge on the public road in front of the house. Our property has a large garden. You are welcome to use it as well. If it is possible, please bring your bicycles with you. Because Leipzig and its surroundings can be wonderfully explored by bicycle. You will also find useful tips under "Neighbourhood". Our object has a laundry drying room, which you are welcome to use. The same applies to the bicycle cellar and the garden. If you come with sports luggage, we have separate, locked storage facilities. The washing machine is in the washing machine room.
