The villa is situated in a semi-mountainous location in one of the preferred villa areas of Baden-Baden, the sunny Annaberg. From the apartment you have a wonderful view of the old castle and the Battert rocks. In 10 minutes you can reach the city on foot, even faster in the forest. The "Wanderprotal Merkur" with its many round trips, starts 500 meters from here. The apartment is furnished in a design oriented, puristic style. It is bright and spacious: Winter garden, dining and living room merge into one another, creating an impression of generous width (whereby the winter garden, which can also be used as an office, can be separated from the rest of the apartment with a sliding door). From the dining room there is direct access to the kitchen. The bathroom with large window has a spacious walk-in shower and is located next to the bedroom.
