This first-class apartment is centrally located in the 6th district of Vienna in the immediate vicinity of the city center, just three subway stops from the world-famous St. Stephen's Cathedral. The serviced apartment is fully furnished and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area for six people, three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub and WC, a separate WC, a storage room and an entrance area. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A terrace rounds off the living experience. When furnishing the apartment, emphasis was placed on high-quality materials, contemporary furnishings and pleasant lighting. The design is rounded off with vintage collector's items from the 50s, 60s and 70s. There is an LED TV with cable TV in both the living room and the bedrooms. A free high-speed Internet connection via WLAN and a music system with Bluetooth are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with integrated freezer compartment, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all standard kitchen utensils. The apartment offers space for six people. The beds are 180×200 cm box-spring beds with different mattress firmness. Theobaldgasse is a quiet side street and borders directly on the extensive pedestrian zone of Mariahilfer Straße. Around the corner is Gumpendorfer Straße, where many furniture and design shops are located. Around Gumpendorfer Straße the creative scene of Vienna has settled with many galleries and ateliers. In the 6th district there is also the famous Vienna Naschmarkt with its many colorful stalls and restaurants, the Musuemsquartier, one of the ten largest cultural centers in Europe, and Mariahilfer Straße – Vienna’s biggest shopping mile. The Theater an der Wien, Vienna’s new opera house, is also located in the 6th district. Only one kilometer away is the Haus des Meeres. On more than 5 000 m², more than 10 000 animals are shown, from aquarium animals, preferably from the Mediterranean Sea and from tropical freshwater and seawater habitats, a terrarium section as well as a tropical house with birds, bats and monkeys which are not separated by fences or glass windows from the visitors. Interesting is the fact that the Haus des Meeres is located in a former Flakturm from the Second World War, which still rises like a memorial into the sky.
