The apartment is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed. The equipment also includes high-speed WiFi and a smart TV. Self-caterers can prepare their meals in the small pantry kitchen. The comfortable apartment can accommodate two people and is an excellent starting point for excursions in the region. The spa beach, the promenade and the ferry pier are only a few steps away. In the period from May 1st to September 30th, a dedicated beach chair is available to you on the spa beach. Use is included in the overnight rates. A limited number of free parking spaces are available on the building's parking decks. A fixed assignment or a reservation is unfortunately not possible. The Hanseatic Yacht School - DHH is within walking distance of the apartment and is therefore ideal for course participants. In addition, the Fördeland Therme with the family-friendly bathing area and the wellness area is only a few steps away.

Selbstversorger können Ihre Mahlzeiten in der kleinen Pantryküche zubereiten. Das komfortable Apartment bietet Platz für zwei Personen und ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region. Der Kurstrand, die Promenade und der Fähranleger sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. In der Zeit vom 1. Mai bis zum 30. September steht Ihnen ein fest zugeordneter Strandkorb am Kurstrand zur Verfügung. Die Nutzung ist in den Übernachtungspreisen enthalten. Auf den Parkdecks des Gebäudes stehen eine begrenzte Zahl kostenfrei nutzbarer Parkplätz zur Verfügung. Eine feste Zuordnung oder eine Reservierung ist leider nicht möglich. In fußläufiger Nähe des Apartments befindet sich die Hanseatische Yachtschule - DHH und ist daher ideal für Kursteilnehmer geeignet.
