My fully equipped 2 room apartment can accommodate two people and is centrally located in the heart of the old town, in a quiet street. The castle garden is only a few steps away. City center, state theater, outdoor pool and restaurants as well as stores for daily needs are within walking distance. Well suited for business travelers, singles and couples. Enjoy the comfort of a central but quiet apartment with separate entrance. The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac in the rear building of a 3-party house in the Marschweg neighborhood and is less than two kilometers southwest of the city center. The University of Oldenburg is about three kilometers to the northwest and Oldenburg's train station to the northeast is only a few minutes away by car or cab. Due to the central location to the city center, the area offers many shopping facilities, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and doctors. The residential area, in one of the oldest quarters in Oldenburg, is characterized by a pleasant owner and tenant image and can be described as pleasantly quiet despite the very central location. The infrastructure can be described as extremely good, bus stops are located directly on the adjacent Marschweg. The street is a cul-de-sac with free parking along the entire street. In the immediate vicinity is the OLantis Huntebad (outdoor and indoor swimming pool), as well as the Marschweg Stadium. A few meters further, the Schlossgarten and Eversten Holz invite you to take walks in picturesque nature in the middle of the city center. The city center with its large pedestrian zone with numerous stores, restaurants, boutiques and the state theater is also within walking distance. I look forward to your stay! Der Schlossgarten ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Innenstadt, Staatstheater, Freibad und Restaurants sowie Geschäfte des tägl. Bedarfs sind in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Gut geeignet für Geschäftsreisende, Singles und Paare. Genieße den Komfort einer zentralen aber ruhigen Wohnung mit separatem Eingang. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Sackgasse im Hintergebäude eines 3-Parteienhauses im Marschweg-Viertel und ist weniger als zwei Kilometer südwestlich von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Universität Oldenburg befindet sich etwa drei Kilometer nordwestlich und der nordöstlich gelegene Oldenburger Bahnhof ist in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder dem Taxi erreichbar. Durch die Zentrale Lage zum Stadtzentrum bietet die Gegend viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie, Bäckereien, Apotheken und Ärzte an. Die Wohngegend, in einem der ältesten Viertel in Oldenburg, ist durch ein angenehmes Eigentümer und Mieterbild geprägt und ist trotz der sehr zentralen Lage als angenehm ruhig zu beschreiben. Die Infrastruktur ist als überaus gut zu bezeichnen, Bushaltestellen gibt es direkt an dem angrenzenden Marschweg. Die Straße ist eine Sackgasse mit gratis Parkmöglichkeiten an der gesamten Straße. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das OLantis Huntebad (Frei und Hallenbad), sowie das Marschwegstadion. Ein paar Meter weiter lädt der Schlossgarten sowie der Eversten Holz zu Spaziergängen in malerischer Natur mitten im Stadtzentrum ein.
