It is a first-time occupancy after a comprehensive renovation. The 1.5 room apartment consists of a VERY spacious living room. In a niche is a sleeping area with built-in wardrobe. The separate kitchen was equipped with new electrical appliances and a new worktop. The pleasant bathroom offers a bathtub. In the hall area you will find another built-in wardrobe as well as a shoe cupboard. In the living and sleeping area a new floor was laid. The living room is completely new furnished. This was done with a lot of love and passion in order to offer you a living experience that reminds you of a vacation apartment and therefore of vacations. In the dining area you will find a comfortable kitchen sofa, a dining table with real wood top and 2 chic chairs. In the living area you will find a high quality sofa made of eco-leather and an armchair, which invites you to read, relax and watch TV because of its comfort. In order to optimize the relaxation once again, we have of course added the footstool as a supplement. The 55" TV, which is the highlight of the apartment, provides for evening entertainment. The lowboard consists of two one hundred year old solid wood planks and handmade table runners, was built by ourselves and is therefore a real unique specimen. In the kitchen we have renewed the worktop, furthermore you will find the dishwasher and the electric oven with ceramic hob, the two most important electrical appliances also brand new. The west balcony with awning got a new WPC floor. So you see, in principle you will find a brand new apartment. Enjoy your stay. The apartment is located in the Lange Laube, a traffic-calmed bicycle street. The location is especially characterized by its proximity to the center. In less than 200 meters you have reached the pedestrian zone and the subway station Steintor. The main station is within walking distance of about 10 minutes. Directly in front of the door in the Lange Laube you will find one restaurant after the other. All supply facilities are in the immediate vicinity. In einer Nische ist ein Schlafbereich mit Einbauschrank untergebracht. Die separate Küche wurde mit neuen Elektrogeräten und einer neuen Arbeitsplatte bestückt. Das angenehme Bad bietet eine Wanne. Im Dielenbereich finden Sie einen weiteren Einbauschrank sowie einen Schuhschrank. Im Wohn - und Schlafbereich wurde ein neuer Fußboden verlegt. Das Wohnzimmer ist komplett neu möbliert. Dabei wurde mit viel Liebe und Leidenschat vorgegangen, um Ihnen ein Wohnerlebnis zu bieten, dass an eine Ferienwohnung und damit an Urlaub erinnert. Im Essbereich erwartet Sie ein bequemes Küchensofa, ein Esstisch mit Echtholzplatte und 2 schicke Stühle. Im Wohnbereich finden Sie ein hochwertiges Sofa aus Eco-Leder und einen Sessel, der auf Grund seiner Bequemlichkeit zum Lesen, Entspannen und Fernsehen einlädt. Um die Erholung noch einmal zu optimieren, haben wir den Fußhocker natürlich als Ergänzung beigefügt. Für die Abendunterhaltung sorgt der 55" -Fernseher, der auf dem Highlight der Wohnung steht. Das Lowboard besteht aus zwei Einhundert Jahre alten Massivholzbohlen und handgefertigten Tischkufen, wurde von uns selbst gebaut und ist somit ein echtes Unikat. In der Küche haben wir die Arbeitsplatte erneuert, außerdem finden Sie mit dem Geschirrspüler und dem Elektrobackofen mit Cerankochfeld die beiden wichtigsten Elektrogeräte ebenfalls nagelneu vor. Den West-Balkon mit Markise hat einen neuen WPC-Boden bekommen. Sie sehen also, im Prinzip finden Sie eine nagelneue Wohnung vor. Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Langen Laube, eine verkehrsberuhigte Fahrradstraße. Die Lage zeichnet sich insbesondere durch Ihre Zentrumsnähe aus. In weniger als 200 Metern haben Sie die Fußgängerzone und die U-Bahn-Station Steintor erreicht. Zum Bahnhof sind es fußläufig ca. 10 min.
