Das Haus hat Baujahr 2022 und liegt in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet mit Spielplatz. LAGE Oebisfelde ist eine kleine Stadt mit 7.000 Einwohnern östlich von Wolfsburg. Mit dem Auto fährt man 16km (20 min) bis nach Wolfsburg. Der Bahnhof befindet sich 500m vom Haus entfernt. Somit ist man ebenfalls schnell mit dem Zug (8 min) in Wolfsburg. In Oebisfelde gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Schulen und Kindergärten. AUSSTATTUNG Es ist eine Fußbodenheizung mit automatischer Belüftung installiert. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen großen Wohnraum mit Küche. Ein Gäste-WC mit Dusche ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet inkl. Side by Side Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine. Im Obergeschoss gibt es neben den Elternzimmer mit Ankleide, zwei weitere geräumige Zimmer. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls groß und hat eine räumlich abgetrennte Dusche. GARTEN Die Terrasse ist in Summe 45qm groß. Der Garten mit 350qm hat zum Großteil eine automatische Bewässerung und Mähroboter installiert. Er bietet somit viel Platz zum Spielen oder für die Haustiere. HAUSTIERE Haustiere sind willkommen. Wir haben selber 2 Hunde.
