The apartment is located on the second floor and has a balcony about 3 m long and 1 m wide, it is equipped with a folding bed that can be opened and closed as needed. The apartment has a 1&1 Internet access with its own router and 250 mb. Flat screen with Netflix about 140 diagonal . Kitchenette with stove micro refrigerator toaster coffee maker and kitchen utensils. In the KG there is a sauna which can be used with coin insertion ca 10 min for 1 € . A laundry room is also available which works as well as the dryer with coin insertion . For drying laundry can also be used the balcony with the folding drying rack . In front of the house is a marked parking space available only for this apartment. On request, the apartment can be cleaned as we cooperate with a cleaning service. Usually this costs 60 € with bed linen. Meals can be ordered by phone menu is available. Of course, you can also order elsewhere cook yourself or go to the Restauran. There are two small stores in Schönwald that have everything. However, it is to Furtwangen only 9 min to the REWE and to Trieberg in the EDEKA. For the Lidel to Triberg you need 15 min (by car). Die helle und gemütliche 1 Zimmer Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock des Hauses und hat einen kleinen Balkon, der ca. 3 m lang und 1 m breit. Die Wohnung ist mit einem praktischen Schrankbett ausgestattet, welches je nach Bedarf auf- und zugeklappt werden kann. Es gibt einen 1&1 Internetzugang mit eigenem Router und 250 mb, sowie einen Flachbildschirm mit Netflix (ca 140 diagonale). Die kompakte Kochnische bietet einen Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank,Toaster, Kaffemaschine und viele weitere Küchenutensilien. Im Keller befindet sich eine Sauna mit Münzeinwurf (ca 10 min für 1 € ) die genutzt werden kann. Ihr kleines Wellnesparadies zum Entspannen. Eine Waschküche ist auch vorhanden die ebenso wie der Trockner mit Münzeinwurf funktioniert . Zum Wäschetrocken kann alternativ auch der Balkon mit dem klappbaren Wäschetrockenständer benutzt werden . Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein markierter Stellplatz, der zu dieser Wohnung gehört. Auf Wunsch kann die Wohnung gereinigt werden da wir mit einem Reinigungsdienst zusammenarbeiten . In der Regel kostet dies mit Bettwäsche 60 € . Speisen kann man per Telefon bestellen - Speisekarte liegt aus . Natürlich kann man auch selbst kochen oder ins Restaurant gehen . Es gibt zwei kleinere Einkaufsläden in Schönwald die alles haben . Nach Furtwangen sind es mit dem Auto nur 9 Min zu REWE und nach Triberg zu EDEKA. Zum Lidl nach Triberg braucht man 15 min ( mit dem Auto) Es gibt ein Hallenbad und ein Freibad , Villingen Schwenningen ist 20 min entfernt Bad Dürrheim eine halbe Stunde , Zum Entspannen oder zum Wandern/Radfahren gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten.
