Our vacation apartment for non-smokers is located on the first floor with separate entrance. You can enjoy the beautiful mountain view on your own terrace, or the lake view on the in-house lake terrace. In addition, a swimming pool, a flat-screen TV along with an exciting DVD collection, as well as various games are available for diversion in wet weather conditions. For own mobile devices can be used In the apartment free W-LAN. The apartment was completely renovated last spring in the interior umd equipped with new bed linen, new crockery and new kitchen appliances. You will have a separate bedroom with double bed and large closet, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with window, a small integrated kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy dining area. The floors are covered with real wood parquet and tiles. Since October 2018 small pets, such as cat, dog or bird are allowed. All utilities such as water, electricity are included in the listed rental price. In addition, we provide our guests with bed linen, shower towels & towels free of charge. The tourist tax will be charged extra according to the stay. A children's high chair, a LEGO Duplo box, games and books suitable for children, as well as a garden in front of the house are especially suitable for families with children. Unsere Ferienwohnung für Nichtraucher liegt im Erdgeschoss mit seperatem Eingang. Sie können auf der eigenen Terrasse den schönen Bergblick, oder auf der hauseigenen Seeterrasse den Seeblick genießen. Zudem stehen bei feuchten Wetterverhältnissen ein Schwimmbad, ein Flachbildfernseher nebst spannender DVD-Sammlung, sowie unterschiedliche Spiele für Abwechslung bereit. Für eigene mobile Geräte kann In der Wohnung kostenloses W-LAN genutzt werden. Die Wohnung wurde vor 3 Jahren im Innenbereich komplett neu renoviert umd mit neuer Bettwäsche, neuem Geschirr und neuen Küchengeräten ausgestattet. Ihnen steht ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und großem Kleiderschrank, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlaf-Sofa, ein Fenster-Bad mit geräumiger Dusche, eine kleine Küche mit integriertem Herd, und Geschirrspüler sowie eine gemütliche Essecke zur Verfügung. Die Böden sind mit Echtholzparkett und Fliesen belegt. Seit Oktober 2018 sind kleine Haustiere, wie Katze, Hund oder Vogel erlaubt. Alle Nebenkosten wie Wasser, Strom sind im aufgeführten Mietpreis enthalten. Zudem stellen wir unseren Gästen Bettwäsche, Dusch- u. Handtücher kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Ein Kinderhochstuhl, eine LEGO Duplo-Box, kindgerechte Spiele und Bücher, sowie ein dem Haus vorgelagerter Garten eignen sich im Besonderen auch für Alleinerzeihende oder Familien mit Kindern. Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und großem Kleiderschrank bietet 2 Erwachsenen einen gemütlichen Schlafraum, zudem gibt es für weitere 2 Personen für die Übernachtung genügend Platz auf der ausziehbaren Schlaf-Couch im Wohnzimmer.
