This is a very quiet old street in the very popular Schwetzinger Vorstadt.In a few minutes you are at the train station and in 2 minutes at the tram stop for the trains to the city center ( 3-5 stops to go) or to Ludwigshafen. Of course you can also walk, then you need 15-20 minutes. The university is also close by. The street has an old tree population and just around the corner are great restaurants and pubs. The apartment itself is on the second floor and has always been kept in good shape. It consists of a living room with dining area and sitting area, you look out onto the old street.Then there is a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. And a balcony that goes out to the courtyard side. The bedroom has a double bed. The apartment has wifi, and is cleaned once a week. Zobacz więcej Zobacz mniej Das ist eine sehr ruhige alte Strasse in der sehr beliebten Schwetzinger Vorstadt.In wenigen Minuten ist man am Bahnhof und in 2 Minuten an der Strassenbahnhaltestelle für die Bahnen in die Innenstadt ( 3-5 Stationen zu fahren) oder nach Ludwigshafen. Man kann natürlich auch gehen, dann braucht man 15-20 Minuten. Auch die Uni ist nahe. Die Strasse hat einen alten Baumbestand und gleich um die Ecke sind tolle Restaurants und Kneipen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im ersten Obergeschoss und wurde immer in Schuss gehalten. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Sitzecke, man guckt auf die alte Strasse.Dann gibt es ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche. Und einen Balkon, der zur Hofseite rausgeht. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett.
