Living by the sea
The apartment presented here is located only 400m from the beautiful beach in Sierksdorf on the Baltic Sea. In the summer it is rented to vacation guests. In the rest of the year there is the possibility to realize a longer stay here with 1-2 persons. Minimum rental period are two months. Available again as of October 5. You are looking for a quiet place not far from the beach in a great location to all the beautiful destinations of the Lübeck Bay? You appreciate a good train connection within walking distance (500m) or your own parking space? You would like to keep fit in the swimming pool of the Panoramicananlage or on the free tennis court? You can find all this in our one-room apartment, which has just been completely renovated and lovingly prepared in spring 2022, with a beautiful west-facing terrace with a long evening sun.
The apartment is equipped with a comfortable queen-size box-spring bed (160x200cm) for two people. A well-equipped kitchen with branded appliances including dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, induction stove, toaster, coffee maker and kettle is waiting for your cooking skills. The dining table offers seating for four people, but can of course also be used as a workplace. Internet is available with homebox. The bathroom has been completely renovated and now offers a Rainbow shower with level access. On the pull-out couch you can relax comfortably and watch TV or listen to music on a 43" Smart TV.
The terrace offers a nice seating area and two loungers to relax on. You are also welcome to smoke here. An awning provides shade on hot days and the electric outdoor blinds provide additional security. The apartment is located in the Panoramic complex in house C and is accessible via a separate staircase ( 28 steps) or via the terrace. A private indoor swimming pool with a 25 m x 15 m pool is located right next door in the neighboring building. Admission and opening hours for this can be found on the website. Free parking is available on the premises.

Die hier vorgestellte Wohnung befindet sich in nur 400m Entfernung vom wunderschönen Strand in Sierksdorf an der Ostsee. Im Sommer wird sie an Feriengäste vermietet. Im restlichen Jahr besteht die Möglichkeit, hier mit 1-2 Personen einen längeren Aufenthalt zu verwirklichen. Mindestmietdauer sind zwei Monate. Ab 5. Oktober wieder verfügbar. Sie suchen ein ruhiges Plätzchen nicht weit vom Strand in toller Ausgangslage zu all den schönen Zielen der Lübecker Bucht? Sie schätzen eine gute Bahnanbindung in fußläufiger Entfernung (500m) oder einen eigenen Parkplatz? Sie möchten sich im Schwimmbad der Panoramicanlage oder auf dem kostenlosen Tennisplatz fithalten? In unserem gerade erst im Frühjahr 2022 komplett saniertem und liebevoll hergerichtetem Einraumappartment mit schöner Westterrasse mit langer Abendsonne können Sie all das finden.
Das Apartment ist mit einem gemütlichen Queensize-Boxspringbett (160x200cm) für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Eine bestens ausgestattete Küche mit Markengeräten inklusive Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Induktionsherd, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher wartet auf Ihre Kochkünste. Der Esstisch bietet eine Sitzmöglichkeit für vier Personen, kann aber natürlich auch als Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden. Internet steht mit Homebox zur Verfügung. Das Bad wurde komplett renoviert und bietet nun eine Rainbowdusche mit ebenerdigem Einstieg. Auf der ausziehbaren Couch können Sie gemütlich relaxen und auf einem 43“ Smart TV fernsehen oder der Musik lauschen.
Die Terrasse bietet eine schöne Sitzmöglichkeit und zwei Liegen zum Entspannen. Hier darf auch gerne geraucht werden. Eine Markise spendet an heißen Tagen Schatten und die elektrische Aussenjalousien bieten zusätzliche Sicherheit. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Panoramic Anlage im Haus C und ist über ein separates Treppenhaus ( 28 Stufen) oder über die Terrasse erreichbar. Ein eigenes Hallenschwimmbad mit einem 25 m x 15 m großem Becken befindet sich gleich nebenan im Nachbargebäude. Der Eintritt und die Öffnungszeiten hierzu sind der Website zu entnehmen. Auf dem Gelände stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
