The nice 1-room flat with approx. 30 sqm living space is located in the beautiful Münster district of Roxel. It has been freshly renovated. The bathroom is completely new and has a large shower. The flat is located on the ground floor/high ground floor of a three-storey apartment building. In the large living room and bedroom there is a new kitchenette with 2 hotplates. Separately there is a new fridge with icebox and a new microwave, which can also be used as an oven. A balcony facing east completes the flat. Everything is fully furnished and equipped. With a 1-person bed and a sofa bed. Of course, a bicycle should not be missing in the cycling capital of Münster, so one is provided free of charge. A car parking space on the property and a storage room in the attic are also included. Roxel is located in the west of Münster. The nearest bus stop is less than 150 metres away. The Roxel train station, from where you can reach Münster's main station by train in 11 minutes, is 1.5 km away. Everything you need for everyday life can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Note: Primarily the apartment is suitable for one person. Das nette 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit ca. 30 qm Wohnfläche liegt im schönen Münsteraner Stadtteil Roxel. Es wurde frisch saniert/renoviert. Das Bad ist komplett neu und verfügt über eine große Dusche. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG/Hochparterre eines dreigeschossigen Mehrfamilienhauses. Im großen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine neue Küchenzeile mit 2 Herdplatten. Separat dazu gibt es einen neuen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und eine neue Mikrowelle, die auch als Backofen genutzt werden kann. Ein Balkon in Richtung Osten rundet das Apartment ab. Es ist alles voll möbliert und eingerichtet. Mit einem 1-Personen-Bett und einer Schlafcouch. Ein Fahrrad darf in der Fahrradhauptstadt Münster natürlich auch nicht fehlen, daher wird kostenlos eines zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch ein Autostellplatz auf dem Grundstück und ein Abstellraum im Dachgeschoss sind dabei. Roxel liegt im Westen Münsters. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist weniger als 150 Meter entfernt. Der Roxeler Bahnhof, von wo aus man mit dem Zug in 11 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof Münster ist, liegt 1,5 km entfernt. Die Uniklinik Münster (UKM) ist nur etwa 5 km entfernt und damit auch gut mit dem Rad erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum Münsters ist etwa 7 km entfernt. Alles, was man alltäglich so benötigt, ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Hinweis: Primär ist das Appartment für eine Person geeignet. Es gibt mit der Schlafcouch zwar einen zweiten Schlafplatz, dieser ist aber zur gelegentlichen als zur dauerhaften Nutzung geeignet.
